Skydiving in India

Skydiving, in India, or simply known as Parachuting can be one threatening experience or the most pleasant adventure of anyone’s life. The sport in which the performer jumps from the airplane defined altitude and executes acrobatic movements in easy fall and after a particular height the said person opens up the parachute for a precise landing.

The difference between skydiving and parachuting is truly sparse and anyone can find this complicated and confusing if not given the correct information. In skydiving, the sport is of jumping from an aircraft and executing acrobatic movements in the air under free-fall before landing by parachute. And parachuting, it’s the process of opening a parachute.

Precautions are a must, so having an extra parachute and checking the gear to examine if everything is okay, would be a necessity. Doing back-to-back jumps with an experienced jumper or an instructor, one should always pay extra attentiveness and try to learn everything. Even though skydiving may not seem like a sport, jumpers must be physically fit before they can jump. Although it may seem dangerous, there are only a few accidents that happen every year.

There are types of jumps, for example, tandem jump, static line jump, and accelerated free fall, etc, and there are only a few places in India that offer the tremendous sport of skydiving.
